Another character design! His temp name in my story is "Robbie," but I may call him GrahamHe's a human who works as a Grader at the Time Patrol headquarters.

FACT TIME. The original design for this character was for Kota's brother, back when I planned to have Kota be the oldest of 3 siblings! The idea was scrapped early into story planning. The original art for this guy may have died with my computer, but I did not forget ^^
