Another character design~ This took forever for me to draw today due to being sick.

This is Kobalt! They are my favorite of my side characters ^^ Their species is called a "Cerulean." Either that be a temporary name for their species, or permanent, I have yet to decide Like the last character, Kobalt's original design is a recycled version of Kota's other sibling! With added flare of course ^^
