[Now cut to the group chasing Mahsuhl down the hall to his domain. Mahsuhl was fleeing to his machine.]
Sonic: There's no use running forever, pal!
Mahsuhl: (looks at his machine) Oh, that’s what you think, hedgehog!
Sonic: Why bother using that thing when you know we're just gonna smash it?
Mahsuhl: Oh, just watch. (activated the machine)

[The others stare, baffled. The machine makes a gold class of juice and Mahsuhl drinks it and powers up, he grows to the same size as a Wrecking Dragon.]
Mahsuhl: MIIIIIIIIIGHTY MAAAAAHSUUUUHLLL!!!
Alnico: What’s even in that stuff?!
Kenji: Shadow essence.
Sonic: What?!
Kenji: That machine grinds up the Shadows and, possibly, any other creatures' bodies, converting their essence, blood and bones into a juice! (motions to the Toller right next to him) Poor Stryker here would've ended up that way...
Alnico: A Toller, maybe we can use its status spells like lullaby to our our advantage.
Kenji: Good thing I managed to recruit him to my team.
Alnico: Speaking of recruits... (snaps his fingers and a Lich appears behind him)
Sonic: Is that a Lich?
Alnico: Yep and he’s one of my newest members. Say hello to Ol'khos.
Mighty Mahsuhl: Enough talk! Now that I’m Mighty, I can just crush you all with ease!

[He snaps his fingers and teleports Sonic, Volt, Alnico and them to a Final Destination-type arena.]
Sonic: Whoa...
Mighty Mahsuhl: And just before I guzzle down YOUR essences, I am gonna fry you up like eggs!
Volt: Not going to happen ya bastard!
Alnico: Your little scheme ends here...
Mighty Mahsuhl: We’ll see about that...

[The group prepares as Mighty Mahsuhl then charges up some fire. Sonic goes for a homing attack and Mighty Mahsuhl launches some fireballs. Volt avoids the fireballs and Sonic and Alnico also dodge the attacks. Kenji: ( takes out his sword.]
Mighty Mahsuhl: I'm just getting warmed up! (launches some more fireballs) How about some more?!
Alnico: Crush him, Ol’khos.

[Ol'khos casts a dark lightning spell, causing heavy damage to Mighty Mahsuhl.]
Mighty Mahsuhl: GYAH!
Sonic: That all ya got?

[Mighty Mahsuhl grabs a few meteors and threw them.]
Alnico: Incoming!

[Sonic dodges the meteors and Volt slices them.]
Kenji: (looks at the Toller) ok little buddy go ahead and do your thing

[Striker casts a sleep spell on Mighty Mahsuhl.]
Mighty Mahsuhl: (punched Stryker) Is that your plan, really?! (chuckles)

[Stryker gets back up with a smirk-like expression.]
Mighty Mahsuhl: What’s that look on your face? (begins to fall asleep) And... Why do I feel sleepy…?

[He falls asleep, leaving himself open to a huge group attack. Stryker chirps.]
Kenji: What is it, buddy?
Alnico: She said cover your ears! (covers his ears)

[After everyone covers their ears, Stryker casts one of the most potent attacks. A loud bell sound echoes through the area, causing Mighty Mahsuhl to wake up and scream in pain.]
Alnico: This attack is called Death’s Door. The Toller and its subspecies all can use this attack. Here’s how it works, it will crawl into its bell and enlarge it with magic and makes an echoing ring. Anyone who hears it will meet a grisly end. One out of two things can happen. The first one, Mahsuhl would either survive the ordeal but with his ears completely damaged. Or, the second one, he’ll die on the spot.
Kenji: True origin?
Alnico: I’ll explain later, let’s just take (points at Mahsuhl) him down.

[The group gangs up on Mahsuhl, whaling on him. Volt then punched Mahsuhl’s head knocking him off the stage. Mighty Mahsuhl screams as he falls off of the stage and hits the ground hard.]
Mahsuhl: (shifts back to normal) Noooo... How'd this even happen in the first place? How could such a perfect bod like mine lose to a bunch of chubs, sticks and near-perfect costumed wackos? Oh... Sonic... Volt... Alnico... Kenji... Great fight there, people... Great... Fight... Urrrrrrrrrgh...

[The moment Mahsuhl finishes shifting, Frank comes in.]
Frank: Good work, guys. Alright, Mahsuhl, where’s my daughter?!
Mahsuhl: Urrrgh... Ema... That brat... She... Discovered the secret of my... Shadow-juicing machine... I placed her in there next to further power it... Any which way you look at it... Ooooog... She ain't around these parts anymore... My back...!
Frank: (grabs Mahsuhl by the neck) YOU MONSTER!!!
Waren: Stand aside, we’ll take him in to custody for his crimes.
Eliza: (handcuffed Mahsuhl) Did I do it right?
Waren: (sighs) Yes, Eliza.
Sonic: Still though... Poor Frank lost his- (sees something up with the machine) What's going on with that oversized juicer?

[The machine started to shut down and something, or someone, pops out of it, coughing. The coughing person is revealed to be a blonde Seedrian with a yellow outfit, pink eyes, a pink gem and a blue flower.]
Ema(Seedrian): Whoa... Is this the... Am I back in the Grand Dragon Fighting Arena?
Frank: Ema?
Ema: Dad? Is that you? What's going on here? I was just... You see...
Frank: (hugs his daughter while crying) I thought I would never see you again...!
Ema: (hugs back) Dad...
Blue: (smiles) I’m so happy he’s with his daughter again.
Sonic: You and me both.

[The Yellow Chaos Emerald shoots out of the machine.]
Sonic: So THAT'S where the real Chaos Emerald was...
Blue: Well let’s grab it.

[Sonic grabs the Chaos Emerald.]
Text: Sonic got a Chaos Emerald
Blue: So now we got three.
Sonic: And 4 more remain.
Volt: So where to next?
Blue: We should head to that winter town in Niduthea.
Mario: Merrybright Valley, huh?
Sonic: Makes me wonder how Scrap's doing over there.
Kenji: I’ll contact my crew to get ready to head out, they should be done setting those monsters free.

[As that's said, all of the caged Shadows and other creatures can be seen heading down the hall.]
Sonic: Whoa, how many did Mahsuhl have locked up?
Napier: (while sneaking away undetected) I'm outta here...!
Blue: Okay then, onwards to Niduthea!
Kirby: (follows the others) Merrybright Valley, here we come!

[They get on the Wolferd and it takes off.]
