*Reposting old art from twitter featuring my character (the lanky girl infront of the store) and my friends girl, sitting around the corner.It's been a while so I don't recall my process, but I'm pretty sure I warped and merged a few stock photos for the background to match the planned perspective and then drew over to try and capture that type of manga comic vibe.
