And today is brought to you by the word:Penumbra!Penumbra is a word which means the darkness which results from light rays being blocked.
*shrugs a tad* I dun know, I thought it was a rather nifty word--so i share it with you all! ^__^
Agian, my apologies for the lack of postings as of late. but HA-HA! I am moving soon! So naturaly, new places to shoot in. Just T_T need new materials to shoot IN *falls over*

Pity about the headchop - dat's where it all come from, in'it. Other body parts alright except for the tiptoe - why again? Surely it looks lovely, too. And how about trying chiaroscuro for size next time?

Well im glad you like it! Though i understand you dont like the composition, the framing was purposful. The image was intended to draw focus to the unconventional or often overlooked curve and line to the human form. Many and most imgs tend to focus on eyes or face--i do it often enough in my own past work. And sadly, the only pieces of art with humans that focus on lines and curves tend to be fully nude. It was my purpose to find the middleground

It's perhaps conventions that are in the head about what's proper & what's not (I disdain "composition" - framing is more to the point for I'm the 'just right' afficionado). But I certainly love the idea, the getup, makeup & the rest, esp. your atention to detail. You have panache (for want of a word some wouldn't need to look up), and that's what counts. I'll look at your pix more when I can.
