Description
This is the Rainbow Dash mod v2 for TF2, with correctedanimation, fluidified tail and mane jigglebones; and put in several zips for each characters variants.
(Previous was a little too complicated)

Click on either "free download" or "Slow download" depending of what you have displayed,
and once the counter to 0, you should enter a captcha,
then click the continue or download link just right under the captcha window.
If you find some bugs in game please report here. I'll try to reply whenever i can.

Can do. I'll first play around in third person to get a feel for how the first version moved, then put the files in and see if I can tell if there is a differece... Once I get my computer back XD

From recent reply, it's better to nuke all the files related to the previous scout dash.
If the scout_animation.mdl file is still here in your tf/model/player folder you may not have the complet 5 five animation.

Yeah, I've noticed that problem before. Well, I've already added the mod and haven't noticed any difference, so I'm going to go ahead and remove all the files associated with the Rainbow Scout model, shy the Rainbow Glasses, and install it again, and see if that makes a difference. I'll be replying to this reply with results.

Works great. Love that the model now has a High Five taunt. Something weird for me, though. Shows the scout's irises, rather than Rainbow's. Any suggestions?
Also, if I were to make a suggestion, I would include the spy cloaking HUD .vtfs, as I used to have the pony HUD mod, and it still shows the 2D crying Rainbow Dash.

If you knew what the Gmod author said about bonies, you wouldn't support TF2 ponies being ported to TF2, i think.
