Description
Every once in a while I feel compelled to draw a part of Tails’ past. Usually I end up with a picture of him around two or three years old with his parents, when they were still alive. Sometimes I decide to go further, and draw Rosemary and Amadeus as teenagers. This is one of those times.

Rosemary, Tails’ mom, comes from a decent household, (she’s probably my only character that does) and isn’t judgmental at all. She reminds me of myself; she’s definitely NOT girly, but she’s not opposed to girlish stuff, she just isn’t comfortable with it. She’s not really a tomboy either, but she certainly dresses like one. (I usually draw her in a hockey jersey) When she first met Amadeus she didn’t know what to think of him---

Amadeus, Tails’ dad, is like the guy I wish I could meet. He’s kind of wacky, dresses in whatever is comfortable to him, and doesn’t care if people call him weird or a geek or whatever. He also tends to laugh a lot, he doesn’t let many things get in his way; but when he is upset, he’s not afraid to let that show. (After all, only true men can let themselves cry) His father left his mother when he was about five-years-old, so he doesn’t know much about romantics. He’s had a crush on Rosemary since grade school, but she never paid any attention to him- apparently,
She didn’t even know he existed.

They first met at a high-school dance –the perfect place, don’t ya think? – When Amadeus’ best friend made him go talk to Rosemary. Rosemary was astounded that any guy could act so different than ‘men’ were supposed to. He was honest, he was nice, and he didn’t treat girls like objects! ^_^ They became friends almost instantly.

Anyway, now that I’ve given you the whole back story, maybe I can tell you about the PICTURE!!!
*gets smacked for writing short-story descriptions*

Anyway, the picture is a scene from Rosemary and Amadeus’ first date. (Aww, sweet! Don’t they look so cute together? *gets shot* ) As I said, Amadeus isn’t much of a romantic. Rosemary is pretty dressed up compared to her normal hockey jersey getup, and Amadeus has… a backwards cap and an X-large shirt. -_- Somebody help this boy.
Anyhow, you know how a guy normally hands a girl a flower or something when he leaves her back at her doorstep? Well, at least Amadeus got that right--- if it weren’t for the fact that he handed her a dandelion.
---And, well, you can guess the rest.

Well, except Amadeus’ design. I based that off Archie Comics’ design, but still, I only based it on that one---
