Description
This is a pretty simple thing to do if you know what you're doing, and even then this was my first time. What I used:
- primer
- foundation
- NYX contour stick (fair toned because I'm pale af)
- NYX nudes eye shadow
- good chap-stick
As you can guess, I started with a clean face, added the primer, and then foundation.
Women tend to have darker coloured lips than men so you'll be putting foundation on them and since it dries them out and cracks,
I suggest putting on chap-stick before and after. Make sure you blend your foundation into your neck.
Next is the contouring, which can be scary for beginners because you can make a real mess with this stuff.
It's pretty simple though if you focus on simple shapes. A man has a more defined chin, usually a bit more square, so contour around the bottom of the jaw.
Don't forget to contour and thin out those cheeks to help square out the face. you'll want to contour from under the front part of the eyebrow down to the
bottom of the nose, this helps narrow it and point it a bit. I added some contouring to my temples too, since I have an oval shaped face.
Onto the highlights, which are pretty minimal, I highlighted under my eyes in a "V" shape to get rid of bags and make myself look more awake. (That's right I'm a pretty boy!)
I also added highlights to the centre strip of my nose and between my eyebrows, and lastly and some onto my chin.
The last part is the eyebrows, very simple. Just make them thicker than your own, they also tend to be a little lower down.
So if you have styled brows you're going to have to an interesting time. I don't do anything to mine normally so I was able to get away with just using eye shadow to fill them in.
And there you have it! I might make more tutorials in the future. HAVE FUN!
