Sarah's home life wasn’t great to say the least. Her parents were deeply transphobic and often deadnamed and misgendered her. The only relief she got was with her few friends in the picture. Their names were Malissa and Gwen. They had both been there for Sarah since they'd first met one another on that fateful day at school. Even though it had been months since Malissa and Gwen had met, Sarah still thought of them as her new best friends.
They were all very close. Melissa lived just around the corner from Sarah's house so they could walk together most days after school. Gwen lived a bit further away but she also went to their local high school. Although they used their phones for everything, sometimes texting each other became too much of a hassle. So when Sarah saw the message come through on her phone, she decided to leave school early and meet Melissa in town.
"Hey! I'm here!" Gwen called out as soon as she stepped into the café. "How are you feeling?" She asked immediately.
Melissa smiled at her friend reassuringly and ordered two coffees. Sarah followed suit as the barista looked over at them. "Can I get anything else?" He asked before scurrying off to make Gwen's order. “Ugh great after this I have to get home I just wish i didn’t have to live this type of life anymore” Sarah started to tear up
Melissa grabbed something out of her purse… it was a box?. She continued and whispered into Sarah’s ear “open it as soon as the sun goes down at home” “but why?” “Just trust me it will be worth it” Sarah finally agreed and the two paid the bill then went home. As soon as Sarah got home she immediately overheard her family fighting about her in the living room. She felt hurt and ran towards her room and cried into her pillow. Then she saw the box in her school backpack. It was around sunset too the perfect time “Ugh, better not be some sick prank” she said as soon as she opened it a bright flash covered her. The brightness continued and she couldn’t see what was going however she felt herself being tingly as she felt her body shrink. At first it was a slight bump down then it increasingly got faster feeling like she was walking down stairs but without her lower self moving as well. It kept on happening even faster, getting kinda annoying until she reached 5,4 in height. With the few bits that she could actually see happening she saw her hands skin color changing red. It didn’t stop there though as it continued to spread to Sarah’s arm and shoulders which were both narrowing as well then continued even more to her other arm with the rest changing into the new color. Her chest started to feel sore as two things began to bulge out of Sarah’s shirt. They kept on growing and growing first at A cup then B to finally C. Her butt then began to grow bigger giving her a new hourglass figure as her hips widened too. Next even weirder, her head felt strange as two white and black striped horns sprouted out. Sarah began to feel even more bizarre as she felt a new body part under her butt continue to grow and grow until she then realized it was a tail. “Hello!? Anyone th-” She stopped as she gained a slight higher pitched southern draw to her voice. Lastly her face changed which began with her eyelashes which began to grow to abnormal sizes. The pigment of her eyes as they became glowing yellow. A white scar formed in her left eye as the hair she was trying to grow out for so long being barely spared from several years of her mom begging to have it cut finally grew out long and longer while turning a brownish black too. Finally it stopped and a door appeared desperate to escape this surreal blankness she ran towards it. As she entered she noticed something that can only be described as turning 2d animated. She was hesitant at first to go in but realizing there was nowhere else she went inside but as soon she did she blacked out. When she started to gain back consciousness she heard voices calling for someone named Sallie they continued to get louder and a southern woman yelled to her the same thing finally fully waking you saw a whole family of what she could only describe as demons on what she could see was a ranch. “Uhm hi?” Sarah now Sallie said “Oh sister you are hilarious” the woman that had the voice that finally fully woke her earlier said “I have no clue what you are talking about I’m an only child” Sallie said “Can we have some time alone even you Moxxie I’m sorry” the woman said to all the people circling her and to what she thought was her husband or boyfriend. “Hey Sarah, It's me Mellissa” The woman that she now knew is or was her long time friend said to her “I have zero clue what's going on I open that box, I went into this bright room, now I’m here in this body which I’m assuming is from a tv show of some kind with these new dimensions” Sallie said in a worried and confused tone. “Okay so the box was from this collection downtown it claimed to bring your favorite media to reality and change you into any character you like I chose the show Helluva Boss not only because it’s my favorite but also because it had a trans character which you have become, please look you see you will have a happier life here everyone is supportive of you sure I could of got you a cis female characters body but come on! Please don’t tell me this would be worse than the family you had before'' Mellissa said Sallie signed “okay Melissa ” Sallie also said back “And call me Millie there is new clothes in the back don’t tell me you wanna wear that since we are in hell don't freak out alright” Mellissa or Millie said back “Its fine” Sallie said changing into her new black crop top and jeans shorts in the front of the cabin. A supportive family, a friend that is now your sister, what is more that she wanted who knew happiness can come from hell
