Finished another Critter! This one is based on the otters that had made a prominence in my town.Toyter is the son of a toy store owner, meaning he has access to its contents. The most playful Critter loves every toy, but his favorite of all is his rubber duck, which he named Quackers. He's also best friends with Pinwheel.
