Basically pens with different sized nibs that you just put the ink in yourself. This is exactly the set I have: [link]

I actually had no idea how expensive they were. My dad got me mine from a store at the art school he used to go to. Apparently no one uses them any more so the set he got me had been in the window or whatever for 10 years or something. It must have been discounted. Anyway they're pretty cool. I saw your drawing and it reminded me of one of my first rapidograph drawings, [link] but you were able to put in more detail and I just did this in my Chemistry class anyway.
Even though this one didn't turn out how I wanted it to be, I still think it shows the different sizes and what they can do. [link]

You are actually able to make very fine lines with it! Lovely. I must get those pens to play with ^^

They're still for sale in most fancy art stores. I bet they're still expensive though.

I bet they are. But I have never seen them in denmark so I am not sure they can be bought here. I think I will look online
