it's like 3 am wth-

so this is Skoot! she's a plastic doll who works only during day, her little ball thing on her chest takes light, which means if the sun sets, there wont be nothing to give her power, so she just shuts down.
she can't speak and is mostly just minding her own business by sitting near a lake or so.
overall she's a sweetheart and when she makes a friend, she never leaves by their side!
