15.5.11:It's FINIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISHEDAAA.
Oh dear, that took a while. Four days. Two days after I said it would be finished... Oh well. CX It's here now.
I, uh, imploded a tiny bit, so it took a little longer. PLUS THERE'S ONLY SO MANY TIMES YOU CAN DRAW A JOLTEON IN ONE DAY. DX
I booted up my old Crystal game the other day. I'd just restarted, and had a low level jolteon called Bolt as my main pokemon. But he was adorable, he was. >w< I've always had a thing for jolteons. So I animated one. C:
The yawn's definitely my favourite. Uh-huh. Jolteons have the cutest yawn faces ever. CX
Watching this for a long time WILL make you yawn. It's happened to most of the people I've shown it to. XD

I tend to draw two frames - one where it starts and one where it ends. So, if it was blinking there would be once where it's eye was open and one where it was closed. Then I lower the opacity on both and sort of trace the frame in between, and then the ones in between that until it looks smooth. C: I hope that helps! I use Photoshop CS3, if that's any use. >w<

The main problem with it is that it doesn't loop, it plays once and then stops :/ could you please tell me how you make yours loop?

On CS3 on the 'Save For Web and Devices' screen it says "Looping Options:" under the colour table, which you can set to 'Forever'.

This is super cute. You did a wonderful job on him. i like how his fur jumps a bit and isnt fully flowing because it give the look of electrical power...at least i think so
