Description

The next character I got from the Bowl of Destiny is one of my favorite characters, Shadowmask. For those who don’t know, Shadowmask is one of Orchardtail's friends in her small group she is mostly seen with, she also the only one in the group that wears clothes. I also drew Shadowmask before, but this is her full body design. Now let’s talk about her:

Shadowmask is a dark brown, tall, and somewhat chubby She-Cat Animatronic with darker brown limbs, tail and darker brown fur on her face that looks like a mask, an upside-down tan heart shape marking on her chest with violet and yellow eyes. Not much is known about Shadowmask’s birth family except she was born in the Human Place and her mother never really wanted her, so she ditched her when she was just a few hours old, but she was saved and raised by a She-Cat Animatronic from the Wild, Smokeberry. Shadowmask loved Smokeberry, and Smokeberry loved her. Smokeberry also made clothing for herself, Shadowmask and for a few others, and she taught Shadowmask how to make clothes. She also taught Shadowmask how to dance, and she loved it, each day she would learn new dance moves to impress Smokeberry. Life was good for Shadowmask, until one day, when Shadowmask was twelve years old. Smokeberry went to the Human Place to meet up with an “old friend”, she told Shadowmask to stay put, but curiosity got the best of her and she went to look around Smokeberry’s “old friend’s” place, which turned out was having some kind of party. Shadowmask found herself surrounded by humans and Animatronics, but the thing that caught her eye was the fashion show that was in the middle of the place. But when Shadowmask was in awe of the place, she got caught and was chased around the place, but she was able to get out before getting caught. But then she saw Smokeberry and her “old friend” over what seemed to be a high edge, and right in front of Shadowmask’s twelve-year-old eyes, Smokeberry’s “old friend” pushed Smokeberry off of the edge and she fell to her death. Shadowmask was surprised that her foster mother was gone, and when she got away and back home, the realization sat in and Shadowmask had a breakdown of Smokeberry’s death. After a few years passed, Shadowmask started to get many Toms attention because of how much she was changing over the years, and one day, a Tom Moth Animatronic, who was her boss Valantino, saved her from some Toms who wouldn't leave her alone and brought her back to the Club he runs. At first, he seemed nice, and he seems to care for Shadowmask a bit, he eventually offered a job to the gorgeous She-Cat. Shadowmask wasn’t sure about it at first, but she decided to give it a go, and it turned out she loved being on stage and everyone giving her so much attention. It’s also where she met two other Animatronics who worked there, a She-Bear Animatronic who went by the name Classi and a Tom Komodo Dragon Animatronic called Birdo, and the three of them became pretty good friends. Shadowmask also has an enemy at her workplace, Skunkheart. Well, she just got annoyed by her and Skunkheart hated the fact that Shadowmask got all the attention, even from Valentino. Not only is Shadowmask one of the attracting characters in the series, but she is also one of the smartest. She sorta likes the Medicine Animatronic in the group because whenever one of them gets seriously hurt, Shadowmask is usually the one to help, and like I said before, she is the smartest and she is seen reading a book as she works on some of her moves for her job once in a while and if someone throws a question at her, she’ll solve it right away. Later, Shadowmask would find out that Valentino actually works for some Animatronics at the Dark Forest, and got Shadowmask to pretty much sell her soul to him and the twisted Clan. Shadowmask hated it and she refused to kill anyone, but she still got more food than others because well, Shadowmask was technically owned by Valentino, and no one messed with the Moth unless they're asking for him to beat them in a pulp, but not to protect Shadowmask because he loves her, because she belong to him and only he was allowed to do whatever he want to her. After a couple of months staying there, Shadowmask met Rushtooth and Copperfang, well, more like Rushtooth bumped into her because someone tossed her off of themself and she just so happened to land on Shadowmask. And even though both were annoying, Shadowmask eventually got used to them and decided to stick with them. They’ll later meet Maggottail and Shadowmask isn’t much of a fan of him. Sure they live together later in the series, and I’m not saying she hate-hates him but he does get on her nerves multiple times and they tend to get into fights if one or the other pushes the others buttons too far. Then the group would meet Smokeflame, the most shyest in the group and Shadowmask liked being with him, and she mostly helps him whenever he has a problem or something that is on his mind. And finally, when Shadowmak met Orchardtail, she actually saved her from a few Animatronics who were messing with her, and the two Shes became friends, well, Shadowmask called themselves friends, it took Orchardtail a long time to call her friends her friends. Although Shadowmask does a lot of ridiculous things, like sleeping with her clients and getting into her and Maggottail’s scuffles, Orchardtail still love her and she usually break things up before anything got too crazy, also both Shadowmask and Orchardtail treat each as if they were sisters. After ten years passed, Smokeflamed was killed in front of everyone, and after a few days passed, a Tom named Dustface/Dusteye was poking at Orchardtail and right before Shadowmask and the others could do anything, Orchardtail just snapped and attacked him. But after she did this, she was chased out of the Clan, Shadowmask didn’t want her best friend to get hurt or worse killed, so she, alongside her group went after them and helped Orchardtail get out with a few scratches, bruises and a dislocated shoulder and ankle. Later, Shadowmask and her group would actually be seen off from the Dark Forest so they could have a better life, and they decided to live in a beaten-up shack with one another, Orchardtail will also eventually live with them as well. Now before we go on, I just want to add three things. One being that Shadowmask hates her boss because she’s his prize jewl in his and he tends to force himself on her. Orchadtail and the others try to talk her into leaving her job because she usually comes back with bruises a couple of times after her shifts, but she always tells them that it was alright and she was fine, but she only told them that so they wouldn’t worry about her. The second thing is that Shadowmask hates it when someone calls her a slut, a whore and another word I refuse to say, and if you do call her that, well let’s just say, it ain’t going to be pretty, especially if you're a Tom. And the third thing is that Shadowmask actually has a younger half-brother, Suntail, who is basically a male version of Shadowmask. They both have the same father but two different mothers, but they’ll later meet up with each other and get to know each other. Now, let’s carry on. Oignally, Shadowmask was going to start a relationship with one of her clients, a Tom Coyote Animatronic named Armando, but I decided to scrap him. But later Shadowmask would regret not listening to Orchardtail or the others about quitting her job because she ended up getting pregnant and she had Valentino's kits. And funny little things, Shadowmask actually didn’t know she was pregnant because she was already somewhat chubby, the others point it out to tease her a bit and she usually snaps at them a bit, and she was sometimes seen wearing a corset, she also didn’t feel her Kits when she had them. Orchardtail was at first mad and both Shadowmask for not listening to her and at Valentino for doing this to Shadowmask, but as for Shadowmask, Shadowmask wasn't planning on having Kits, but after seeing and holding them, he right away scrapped that idea of getting rid of them and kept them. After having her children, Shadowmask didn’t want her children to see their mother as a striper who sleeps with nearly every Tom she meets, so basically a whore or know that their father was her boss who tends to force himself on her. So she finally quit her job and when her Valantino try to stop her, she finally gave him a piece of her mind, and the piece of her mind was mostly her beating Val senseless with Orchardtail and Rushtooth because of how he treated her over the years, and she didn’t regret a single thing after she beat him. Now, let’s talk about her scars. Shadowmask only has two scars, which are both on her left *ahem* boob, she got them at a young age when she was fighting with one of her Valantino's bodyguards, but he ended up nearly killing that guard for harming his prize possession.
