A question, how do you edit the PNG Files like the buttons of the taskbar or the button selector of the star menu? (the transparent button, the selector of Music, Downloads, Control Panel, etc). I'm making my theme and when I edit that it take a colour dark and if I replace the image with Resource Tuner the PNG lose the transparency in his borders.

It seems can't work well on Windows 7 with Sp1. Maybe those dll files didn't match with new ones. Can you revise them? Anyway, I like this theme very much.

hello there, great theme, i love it though, after installnig it my Windows Live Messenger 2011 won't sign in always giving problems and it's not my internet conection or anything alike so I was wondering if there could be any problems with the registries or something like that?

can anybody guide me on how to install this theme and others? ive patched the 3 files in windows, i know where explorer goes but dunno where the two DLL files are supposed to go?
also, i want to go back to normal themes do i have to replace the shell32 and explorerframe dll's?

i hope u add in your notes that this theme will revert to classic if font size is over 100% dpi.
or better yet, fix it so it can work with other dpi sizes.
i spent a lot of time trying to tget this theme to work until i found that dpi info buried in the comments

i should copy files in "System files (x64)" to "C:\Windows", "C:\Windows\System32" and "C:\Windows\SysWOW64" right?

I am on the tips of my nerve trying to install this theme. I can everything but that damn shell32.dll file. How are we meant to use your one included when its impossible. I've installed many themes before but this is the only one I am having trouble with. I have taken full ownership of the one in System shell32.dll and permissions, I first tried re-naming it to shell32.bak but once you do that you can't copy over your shell32.dll as the Windows copy function no longer works, no dragging & dropping, no cutting and paste, nothing, You can't even rename it back to shell32.dll, Thank god I use Comodo Time Machine or my system would have been stuffed.... Then I tried to just copy and replace my shell32.dll with yours. Will not allow it as it says it always in use by another process. Makes you end explorer.exe, Which then means I can't see and use the copy, replace option. This shell32.dll is just such a pain. I really wanted to use this theme but this is a big object stopping me. I might just be missing the way of how to do it and if anyone can lighten me up with a working instruction do tell.

Forget this comment, Not your fault. I should have explored more and I did, Came across 'Theme Manager - Windows 7' and this got me past that shell32. This theme is now installed perfectly and I'm happy once again. I suggest others to try it if you have problems. Thanks for theme.

how did you get the Explorer frame to be Square?

The x64 explorer.exe is infected reported by Malwarebytes. Tested file on Virtual Machine and theme did not work and temp files were created and picked up with Microsoft Security Essentials..
