He's my own version of Team Flare, so they aren't exactly like canon, sure, they still use the Secret Weapon but it's for War and because the Government told them to.Β
Long story short: My version of Β Flare is pretty much the Military/Action movie character based/Super Hero character based/etc. Β ( They're portrayed as these super perfect good guys but they're xenophobic and don't like people who are different, assuming anyone the Government doesn't like is automatically evil. )
