got to tackle this old wip finally, that was only missing the last part ahah ,,and there might've been more to write about but can't remember what /D I guess main point was making the mid ones part of the lore bc i used em for a long period before changing and settling on their current/final designs

They had a cruel father who didn't care for his family and used it's members for his experiments. These brothers were their fathers main subjects even before hatching, but after hatching the father had more variety for tests and whatnot. But due to not getting any visible or wanted results, the father abandoned them. All alone they manager to get by, but not long after Valor was captured and taken away, separating the two. Lunar managed to avoid being spotted and fled, later being taken under Cloud's parents care. The past experiments them brothers father made, started to show results around the time, slowly but surely, since the tragedy Lunar had to go through again woke his. Their sorrow and later Cloud's bloodthirst sped the progress and Lunar started to feel something strange was going on. After many uncontrollable form changes, Lunar started to get the hang of it and welcomed the strange power to control it like nothing's off when it occurs. On other hand Valor managed to wake his around the same time when caged and planning on escape. His shorter but as powerful thrashing got him easily out into the freedom. Strangely enough Valor had his power under control from the start due to it lasting shorter, so he might've not notice the difference right away. On their own travels they evolved into their set evolutions without thinking much about it. Then later they were reunited at last. Along the way while gotten used to their evolved forms, their powers fully awakened, affecting their appearances along with it. Valor's tail split in two, him being all dramatic about it. While half of Lunar's rings turned to blue, him not caring much about it, just being slightly disappointed for losing the full red glow.

as eevees the power wasn't set yet so it would "turn on" randomly, and after evolving it set to occur only during the eclipse's
