You draw the characters so well...anime-ising them beautifully but keeping them recognisable. I could tell it was these two from the itty bitty thumbnail on your gallery. Great job!

Ooooh! Nice! I love Voyager!
I especially like the colours. The colour of their hair, their skin and their uniforms is just right!

They do seem quite young, but (even though I'm not a J/C-er) that sparks the imagination for an academy fanfic or something! hee hee!

I also think that Janeway's eyes are beautifully drawn... sigh! And the way her hair falls...sigh!
I'd better stop now
