Yes, this would be one of Stitches brothers (or sisters). I made it up, so don't go looking for it, because you'll probably find nothing. .-.

I started drawing a spooky thing, then it turned into a rabbit, then I transformed it into a Stitch looking creature, then decided to make one of his brothers up (hopefully this number isn't already made up. o_o). This picture took about 3 hours to do, with lots of layers. I didn't use any reference, so that's why the hands are all messed up. :B

Done with Adobe Photoshop 8.0.
