After being a mom serval times over and having birthed many kids, the Loud Sisters have all gained Weight. Lynn with a work out and Lisa with diet step up to help there siblings get back in to shape. Lincoln and Lyn's daughter as well since they are both couch potato's.

Lori complains she doesn't want to do this, just let her be.

Lola begs Lynn to not let any of them stop till SHE is back to her normal size. Luan tries to joke but is having a hard time speaking.

overall every one does Weight Loss but Lori stays notably fatter and Lincoln never fully shakes that pot belly. Lynn's daughter also packs the pounds back on. But the rest are able to get back to there pre-pregnancy forms.

Lola motivated by vanity, Luan motivated by not wanting to die from health issues and the others motivated by fear of Lynn.

Of the bunch Luna and Lisa who were only pregnant once and Lynn who was only pregnant 3 times at this point had the least gain. Luan had the most children per pregnancy and Lori had the most pregnancies so they were both in bad shape.

Lana is over weight but part of it is muscle so she balanced out.
