Following a year after Cleopatra VII's death, and striving to learn from the mistakes of the ancient Egyptians back in the time of Moses, ibis-headed Egyptian god Thoth is forced to deal with the surroundings of the Roman Empire. Declaring freedom for the sake of the fallen ancient Egyptian civilization, Thoth encounters visions of a war between Templars and Assassins and realized that the conquering of ancient Egypt was all for a special Piece of Eden that he has always possessed: His most famous scroll. To protect the Scroll of Thoth from the Templar Order, he joins the Assassin Brotherhood and learns their sacred ways, having the ability to protect and serve the pharaohs at night alone in various scenarios in the past. But to keep his godly identity away from the Hidden Ones is no easy task, for Thoth must find a way to bring forth a prophecy that would cause the world to shake with hope.
