The reason why it looks low quality is that dA loves to darken every frickin image when it's already dark.
I have the same issue and this bothers me really much For this reason I make my images more brighter than actually they're supposed to be.
In all, I can see still gladly the details. Looks nice already and love the realistic details you've done
