When Wendi awoke yet again, she was in another place that this time, seemed somewhat familiar. Her mind was still hazy, but this time she was able to gain some awareness of her surroundings. She could even hear.... people talking? As her vision cleared, she looked around and saw that she was laying against someone again, it was Zeus. "Hey... Where... Where are we...?" Wendi asked in a quiet, hoarse voice. "Oh, you're awake" Zeus smiled calmy, though with the same exhausted expression on his face. "You're at Dane's clinic. I dragged you both here." said a stoic Nyulop in the room with a scarred, beaten up face. Wendi tensed up a little at the sight of the intimidating man and clutched at Zeus's shirt. "It's alright, Wendi." Zeus calmly comforted and added "That's my father". Wendi loosens her grip and relaxes her tension "... F... Father... huh?". A brash voice comes out from across the room belonging to a blue dwarf Nyulop "Yeah and if I hadn't spotted your sorry buts, I wouldn't have gotten him to bring you two here!" her demeanor was crude and braizen, but she seemed like she had right intentions. "Yes, thank you, Stitch. You did well." Zeus directed at the small dwarf. Wendi, feeling tired and a bit uneasy, slowly tried getting up, though her strength had left her to do so. "... My mind is hazy.... What.... What happened? I feel.... so weak..." Wendi spoke softly. "That's what we'd all like to know" Dollop responded and then added "You two aren't the only ones who have ended up like this, lots of people ended up in the same, sorry condition like you both". Wendi's eyes weakly widened for a second "I.... I see...." Wendi said feebly, like she was in even more shock and confusion. "Well whoever did this will PAY for what they've done to my little brother!" Stitch declares. Wendi tilts her head at Stitch's comment "Wait..... So you both are.... his family? Heh.... I-I wish we could've met under better circumstances..." Wendi gives off a weak smile which then turns into a frown the second she hears... a familiar voice down the hall. Wendi tenses up as the figure of her "friend", Marlo, shows up at the room. "Ah, Wendi, so THAT'S where you are. Where have you BEEN?" Marlo says as he takes a step into the room. Wendi starts shaking and muttering almost in a whisper to Zeus "Uh oh... N-not him....I-I don't want to see him r-right now...", Zeus sees the fear in Wendi's body language and looks up at Marlo with a glare. Stitch turns around for one moment to see Zeus's reaction to this stranger's presence and immediately steps forward threateningly at Marlo. "Hold it right there, BUD! They're not wanting visitors right now, so SCRAM!!" Stitch exclaims. Marlo, clearly taking in the sight of a DWARF trying to threaten him, scoffs and says "Pfft, yeah okay. Beat it, kid, I'm just here to see my friend". Stich all of a sudden snaps "KID?!?! Listen here, BUDDY! If you want to get any closer, you'll have to get through ME!". Dollop, seeing the negative air Marlo brings in the room, stands up and walks over to them "Listen son, you better do as she says. I don't take too kindly of your foul attitude either. So GET OUT before we make you regret it" Dollop says sternly while hovering his hand over the ax on his belt. Marlo, clearly pissed but outmatched, scoffs "Ugh... Fine, whatever. No need to overreact about it." Marlo grumbles before exiting the room. Wendi sighs a little bit, still feeling shaken by Marlo trying to approach while she's in a vulnerable state "Umm.... Th-thanks, you guys..." she mutters gratefully. "PSHHH That kind of guy pisses me off anyway!" Stitch crosses her arms and taps her foot irritatedly. Dollop sighs and turns to them "Not to worry. While you two recover, you can count on us to keep people like HIM out" he nods. Stitch perks up "Yeah! next time people like that come, they'll have to get through US!" Stitch exclaims, almost seeming excited for a brawl. "Heh... yeah.... Thanks, you guys." Zeus says to them thankfully and adds "Until this issue is resolved, the only thing we can do is rest" he nods. Wendi nods back and has a troubled look on her face, only questions are going through her mind. Why is she feeling like this? What caused this? How will it be solved? At this point, things are uncertain....
