It's good, but it's definitely obvious that you payed more attention and put more care and effort into the girl than into the dragon. It looks very flat and lifeless. The girl's lower region could use some work anatomy-wise, otherwise she looks okay.
You certainly do have a very good grasp on shading and highlighting though. Congratulations on the DD.
