What if the Linguistic boundaries in Luzon described by Loarca were kept intact but the rest of the languages follow their course as OTL.

I decided to ambiguate the Cagayan Valley Languages, North Eastern Luzon Languages, and Central Luzon Languages due to the language boundaries being unclear.

I adujusted and changed the boundaries of Tagalog and North Eastern Luzon and changed the name of Tagalog Language to Kumintang to make it less anachronistic.
