Part 3 of my 'Sonic the Hedgehog collection'
Spent a bit of time making this background. I made the background with a scattered custom brush and then used the dodge/burn tool to fade the colour around 'Knuckles' out, and to enhance the red colouring on the right side of the image. Motion blurred the 'Knuckles' render.- Feel free to comment
