Description Originally done in DeviantArt muro , but pasted onto a separate picture on Photoshop so when I decide whom to have Anga (the newest and replacement Keenest of Sight of the titular heroes of The Lion King spinoff The Lion Guard) hug, I can add it, with the wings being separate layers from the rest of the body.

Based off this, but I decided to make the wings bigger.  www.deviantart.com/kbafourthti…

Don't take it too hard. Even I stumble.

Is there anything I can do to help?

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 17:45:34 +0000 UTC]

Not right now... Oh, yes. Now I remember. The fact that they are likewise flightless, and that... those terror birds you mentioned... that they are flightless and that they are extinct make it hard to say if they should count.

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 20:36:22 +0000 UTC]

I guess it doesn't matter. On the terror birds, I meant.

I suppose not, Anga.

Anyway, what were we talking about some time ago?

👍: 1 ⏩: 1

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 20:39:54 +0000 UTC]

Apart from those terr- Oh, yes, for some reason, I mentioned certain birds, whose species still exist today, that are flightless... although, back to the kiwi, the kiwi bird, that is... it just may be endangered or extinct... don't remember.

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 21:35:56 +0000 UTC]

I don't know about the kiwi. They sound interesting though. And then there's the sandpiper.

👍: 1 ⏩: 1

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 21:52:03 +0000 UTC]

Is that flightless, and does it still go on living?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 22:00:16 +0000 UTC]

Yes, it's flightless. They hang out near the beaches.

👍: 1 ⏩: 1

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 22:02:10 +0000 UTC]

That's great to know, Anga. I hope they're safe from any threat... much more so than the kiwis.

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 22:35:43 +0000 UTC]

There's a lot of them, so don't worry.

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 22:37:48 +0000 UTC]

The same used to be true with buffalo.

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 22:38:17 +0000 UTC]

Are you suggesting that they could go extinct?

👍: 1 ⏩: 1

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 22:39:28 +0000 UTC]

They probably could. Actually, endangered, just as possible, which was the case for buffalo.

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 22:39:54 +0000 UTC]

I don't think sandpipers are under any threat.

Good for them.

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 22:41:28 +0000 UTC]

They're hardy little birds.

👍: 1 ⏩: 1

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 22:41:55 +0000 UTC]

Does "hardy" mean "tough"?

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 22:45:30 +0000 UTC]

Yes.

I figured as much.

Don't let their small size fool you.

👍: 1 ⏩: 1

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 23:12:45 +0000 UTC]

They're small?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 23:19:12 +0000 UTC]

Yes, and their favorite everyday thing to do is run down to the beach and peck at the sand for food.

👍: 1 ⏩: 1

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 23:20:35 +0000 UTC]

Pecking for food? Like woodpeckers do to trees?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 23:21:03 +0000 UTC]

Yes, and yes. They go for the mole crabs that burrow in the sand.

👍: 1 ⏩: 1

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 23:22:34 +0000 UTC]

"Mole crabs"? Like the size of a mole from underground, or the size of a mole that one might find on human skin?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 23:23:08 +0000 UTC]

No, mole crabs are as big as a human thumb and burrow through the sand.

👍: 1 ⏩: 1

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 23:24:53 +0000 UTC]

So they are like the rodent kind of mole.

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 23:25:33 +0000 UTC]

Something like that.

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 23:26:56 +0000 UTC]

That explains it.

KBAFourthtime In reply to CD-Yang [2020-05-02 23:29:53 +0000 UTC]

I know. It just concerned the name itself.

CD-Yang In reply to KBAFourthtime [2020-05-02 23:32:53 +0000 UTC]

They just burrow.
