Caeser Jackson was once a notorious Pimp for Madame Poe back in the day, and more or less kept things on an even keel during the 1970's and 80's with his words of wisdom and tell it like it is attitude.
When his wife died in 1993 whoever during the riots that rocked the Medway Projects, Caeser seemed to fall from grace and became just another ageing fool preaching to the choir.
He sold his pride and joy car Libby and returned home several times to Barbados where he thought about retirement, but now at the age of 62 Caeser has returned in the hope of keeping the younger minds in check and fulfilling a promise he made to his wife all those years ago...
