Yeah. He has this stuff in his brain that's called "white matter" And it's supposed to go away before he's 5 years old, so he can grow to be smart. But he's 27 and he still has it. It's a medical mistery that he's still alive. All other adults that have this are usually mentally retarded or in a vegitable like state.
Bu the only disablility he has is that he's mature as a 12 year old.
