I can assure you that this is real (read the linked wikipedia article). The colors are coming from the sunrise and it is an HDR, but there is no further manipulation in play

Indeed amazing, because the most kasbahs in Morocco are abandoned for obvious reasons. They have no flowing water supplies, mostly no electricity, wallpapers etc.
