The player will get so annoying with all of the lethal traps that Papyrus place every single corner, making them slowly getting sick of the game in general

Which is exactly the whole point of Papyrus intention, instead of getting rid of the player, they will quit the game by themselves

So whenever he lives or die, he won either way
