I did some study of the planes of the face. I spent a lot of time overly focused on how to place the exact locations of facial features. In reality, these things change from person to person and are highly dependent on angle and perspective. If I could reinvest the 20 hours, I would focus on more iteration-focused practice, and less on perfecting a single example.

The character is an exact replica of an AI generated image by CoreWaifu. The only creativity on my part was attempting to translate the image into Procreate brush strokes.
