Sans living a flashbackFrisk was wearing their -10 years in the future- clothes before they jumped through time....
don't fit them anymore I guess
some aclarations:
No, Frisk's hoodie doesn't have blood in the sleeves, its just the pattern
and they're panting 'cause they just jumped between timelines, through time and space, and also their body changed to be a toddler again,
that's waaaay too much stuff happening to them to noot feel like they ran a marathon

No, no, NO. Thank YOU. You just don't even understand how hard I fangasmed when I found this. I would pay money for this. It's so amazing. The drawing, the plot, the characters, it's all amazing beyond my wildest dreams... T^T
Also, I have a major thing for crossover timelines, alternate realities/characters and having them all meet and react to one another (something surprisingly lacking for a game like Undertale).
