PLEASE READ:
Alrighty, for those who wanted the texture, here it is.
Just save and open this file in photoshop or any other editing tool. Make a new layer on top, set it to multiply, and start coloring away.
-You can use and edit this anyway you want, but I ask only for you to keep my signature on the files.
You may also share links of your edits here.

I am really new at presets, I just made my first one today. Is it possible just to place the whole thing in one folder? I am talking about the four pictures, do I have to crop it or something? Or just color it. 0-0'

Thanks for the help! Yes I have photoshop, but I also use GIMP. I figured it out with a little help from a friend! ^0^ You mainly helped me though, and what my preset turned out to be looks amazing!

It actually didn't take very long to make the texture. Although, I did get a bit frustrated when my mouse quit working right in the middle of the project. xD

Thats a good question. Since I've provided this free for everyone's use, I will frown on people who sell presets with this texture. However, it will not be something that is enforced.
As I stated above, you may use this anyway you want as long as the signatures stay on those files.
