Keco and I were wondering that too. This game would require a sub-boss and then the main boss. Question is who should they be? Should they be elastic as well? Or should they have abilities meant to combat elastic opponents?

Perhaps gather some of the current villains for some of the established OCs and then create a few surprise ones, to round out a "Legion of Doom"? You could contact each of the owners to pool their ideas and see what they might be willing to volunteer.
I recall Kidd-P had some villains for Mel and her sisters, and I'm sure Elastica, Rubber Maid, and I believe Tifa & Tessa had some as well. Eent and SGF have had some great ideas, too.
Heck, I once had this crazy idea about Dr. Calamity's robotic basketball team to compete against Sandra's team, but I never got around to asking Keco yet. LOL

Yeah that seems like a solid idea, WC. Right now I'm gathering info on certain characters and on the next project as well. I also need to organize a way to not only gather potential bosses but also pool with a few others to decide who gets in.
Right now I suggest 4 subosses and one main boss, with maybe a secret one thrown in there.

Hard to say. I have a character I haven't used in yonks called the Flexicutioner. Basically a highly trained super-spy/assassin type with tech designed to eliminate or at least defeat elastic opponents.
Never actually figured out her full capabilities; in her one appearance she chucked a Molotov cocktail into The Reach and that was it.
I shall have to think more on this.
