this is a Demo of elastic girls fighting game (if your elastic girl is not present in it , she will be in future, principal reason was that you didn't answer in time , sorry about any mistake this can produce)as lil explanation for Sara vile's hair and Rita's "R" in her uniform, the explanation is this like any game that shows a character from left hand (remember bionic comando or haggar shoulder belt from final fight XD)

For some reason, I think the music playing during this screen is something along the lines of Street Fighter Alpha 3. Maybe because it's so bouncy.
