Matte iPhone UI v1.1by Shubham Kedia
The download includes two files, Matte Aqua.theme and Matte Graphite.theme. SSH one or both of those to /Library/Themes and apply ONE using WinterBoard.
Thanks a lot to Matthew Reako, David Forgash, and iKon for beta testing the theme.

LOVE IT. Is it possible to fix this on Cydia? It doesn't work when installing it from there. You have to always SSH into the iPhone, and do it manually to make it work.

You need a jailbroken iPhone/iTouch and winterboard installed (available on cydia).
Then just copy via SSH the theme or themes to var/stash/themes*****(different on every iPhone/iTouch)
Once done, open winterboard and select one, go home and your device will respring and the theme/themes will be applied.

Not many themes look at home on the iPhone, and you manage to make two themes that both look crisp and gorgeous, while making the default one look dated. Bravo!
