Description
To this day I have never drawn a bleach drawing featuring Orihime so I figured it was about time I do so. I'm not completely happy with the final result ( Orihime's outfit irks me a bit) but its done anyway.... either way, no critique please...---
Drawn completely in regular pencil (on 8.5x11 computer paper) then scanned and darkened. I then added in some color with photoshop under the pencil. Some effects were also added above the pencil.

Time: Pencil: approx. 6 days in my spare time, Coloring: approx 5 hours.
Drawn with a regular mechanical pencil.

Color wise I usually just pick random colors then play around with them using the hue/saturation setting.
I also just checked the tutorial link and it worked for me... the tutorial was done using a earlier pencil drawing I did (Kuroshitsuji) and it just shows the basic steps to coloring a pencil drawing (like this one).

The colouring on this is just brilliant. The colours are so vivid and rich and yet real... it's absolutely breathtaking. The blueish... atmosphere, i guess, is really calming, and it just feels so much like a nice spring shower- only the sort where you can see blue sky in the distance, not the sort that goes on forever and outstays it's welcome... it's really refreshing.
And their outfits are just absolutely beautiful. I seriously want Orihime's.

I know you said no critique but Orihime's bust is too small lol I never let that one go, EVER! But overall I like it, Orihime's face is a little skinnier than in the real thing so she looks older, more in her 20s.

It was my first time ever drawing her (personally she's not a favourite charter of mine) but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. I did have issues with her anyway but I appreciate the feedback... and I'll make sure to keep it in mind if I draw her again.

A lot of ppl do have issues wih her, because most consider her a throw-away character and those who don't never create anything that REALLY does her justice, and even though you're like in the middle, I guess, your art style really suits my tastes so I thoroughly appreciate that you did give it a try. I await Attempt #2 with great anticipation lol

Truly, your coloring really makes your drawings come alive. To be perfectly honest, I rarely devwatch people unless they watch me first, unless I think they're really, REALLY good, and you definitely are that good! And this is like, the fifth drawing I've seen from you. Each time I was amazed. I've asked you before how long it takes you to color and you said about a month, and I can tell! It's just so detailed and awesome! Like, I really couldn't BEGIN to understand how you color so well! I'm rambling now, but I figured I'd let you know how awesome you are
Btw, I've even shown some of your artwork to other people, like my brother and my Dad. My favorite one to show to people is your Ulquiorra and Grimmjow drawing. So, yeah, great work, keep it up, and I'll be subscribing to your stuff now :3

I really do. I mean, to do what you do must take so much effort and time and you really deserve all the watchers you have and all the views you get! I actually began looking into some tutorials about coloring better because I want to color in a style like yours, more realistic, instead of the cell shading I do.

I've been doing so much commissioned digital work that I can't even force myself to do another work (for myself) in that medium now. *is tired* So to give myself a change of pace I went back to pencil work again. I have always enjoyed it and its a huge break from all the digital stuff.
Glad you like the background though ... its actually my favourite feature about this one.

Orihime looks slimmer than usual, especially around the hips, but Rukia looks spot on! I like the rainy day lighting and the clothes are nicely detailed.
