A while ago I thought about making a bird-based zodiac, and this was the first one I ended up with! I ended up falling off the project but I'm still rather fond of this painting. I think that hummingbirds capture the nature of Aries quite well--confident, bold, impulsive, fiery. Maybe I'll complete the set someday.
