This illustration is part of the one-off scenario that I made a while ago (Clovik System ). This is the final one out of the five in this series that I will upload, there are other illustrations that I did for it but I don't think they are worth to upload on their own, so I kept it at five illustrations instead.

This was interesting lol. I actually wanted to see an alien that I have to create for this personal project (they are called the isutti) to do mundane things, so here we go, I added something to the collection. I ended up having them doing, well... generic artist things or taking notes. It is set in the 'near future', but its nowhere 'cyberpunk' or the cliched sci-fi alien aesthetic that I usually see in like the most stereotypical alien movies. I would say its just like today but extrapolate it to 20 years from now. Oh yeah, with the heater (yes this was supposed to be a heater) behind it, the word 'power' is intentional, not because of something else, but because I am not bothered to do alien scripts or specific symbolism, which would've been a little more accurate, but I chose for embellishment, so its here.

Thought of how lives of modern alien society might look as well. From a human perspective and assuming we meet aliens someday, we will likely tend to look at only the cultural and positive side of things on the surface, kinda like a tourist. But once you focus enough articles or having a broader knowledge of such place, you'll eventually see some figure living in poverty or those that have been disadvantaged from a variety of reasons, from state to traditions that perpetuate in society today.
