Powers: take a part of her enemy's Aura until it tapped into their very soul. It crafts a rose for Ruby, and once the enemy is defeated the rose will bloom.

Cooool. I love RWBY/JOJO crossovers. You got the perfet expression. And you even managed to fit the japanese words that appears in those kind of scenes. Good thinking. Lots of people forget them.
Personally. I like the Grim Reaper. Not something you expect grom a little girl. As for it's power, how about Silver's Judgement: when Crecent Rose hit something with it's scythe or fists, it get fronzen/purified (or whatever the Silver eyes warriors do). Simple, but effective, kinda like Star Platinum.
