the palette is curious. it contrasts a lot with the character's personality, which makes it a quasi-romantic view.
the jaw line is a bit diffussed and could be more defined. but as a whole, I think it's a great job. specially as someone commented below, for the blending with the background.

A lot of people paint this scene on dA but your version strikes me as especially well done because you managed to blend the background tones into his skin tone very nicely
