Very realistic, I wasn't sure if it's a photo, or a drawing at first sight. Hair is done perfectly, it must've took a long time.
All I could suggest, is to work on the fingers, they are the only things not so very realistic, like everything else on this drawing, they look more painted like, if you get what I mean.
