U.K. - Cannock, Staffordshire - fella with white yankees hats balancing on his head, white tracksuit, socks over his trousers, rockports, gold chains and giro cheques.
Estonia - fella with a laptop or something hi-tech.

If you have photoshop (probably any other image editing program too, but I know it works in photoshop) just go to Image > Image Size, and change the width to 1024 pixels. This image is the exact ration for a desktop.
