Overall, I think it looks very well done. I like the details on the mittens and scarf and I really like how the parka is drawn. (I've always struggled with drawing clothes) The shading is very good, especially the eyes. The only thing I think can be tweaked is how the hair seems to be curved underneath the hood because of the shading but the face doesn't have the same shading. (If that sentence makes any sense...)
So yeah, the shading is fantastic, I love the little details and the eyes, but the hair and face shading are slightly inconsistent.
