I have been poking at this one slowly for quite a long time and I'm so pleased with how it turned out!

I'm sure you all remember Astrophel, he's been around for quite some time here, though he has gone through some recent updates! He's really a living nebula imbued with celestial energy, but he researches and enjoys blending in with terrestrial species so he forms parts of his clouds into an avatar and an ever-changing verdant garden. Things he's not focused on fall apart to more abstract forms and eventually to dust again. He's a piece of a more powerful being, their heart chakra specifically, separated from the other six so they can all cover more ground exploring the cosmos.

Astro got in trouble early on in his life and is currently forbidden from visiting terrestrial planets, but it doesn't take him long to figure out that not all terrestrial species are planet-bound, and he loves to bother spaceship crews now. He's a psychic and a reality bender, so you can imagine how that goes. If you're familiar with the Q Continuum from Star Trek, he's in that sort of god-like alien vein, but pacifist and far from omnipotent.
