Pretty much, the BEST. MOVIE. EVER!
I've been so excited for FROZEN for so long and when it came out, oh my gozzle, just an absolutely gorgeous and amazing film. The artwork, the storyline, the music, everything. I couldn't wait to draw a picture for FROZEN (though this post is quite delayed!)!!
When I first saw the previews and sneak peaks of the film, I absolutely fell in love with Elsa's character. The way she transitions from that "good girl" into this gorgeous beauty of a queen and becomes herself. Plus, her hair is damn awesome, not to mention her whole entire design and outfit! Sadly though, not too sure whether this drawing does her justice though. I'd been working on it on and off for so long that I'd kind of lost the original vision and idea

The use of the lighting and shading of the colors is beautiful. I also like the rather shy emotion she's wonderfully displaying.

If you're really looking for critique, I personally think her breasts seem a little too high. It's probably because the way you've shaped the dress to come directly up under them so they seem to almost be...I don't know, hanging over the corset part (it looks uncomfortable too...).
If those creases on the left arm are meant to be her elbow, then I really don't know what your head:body proportions are, because in most cases that would be much too short. If the creases AREN'T her elbow, then it just looks a little odd.
She looks very young (which I guess is a style thing), and I like what you did with the braid so it isn't completely tied up. Everything else (colouring, lighting, atmosphere, background, expression, those lovely snowflakes) is very well done.

Thanks so much for your critique! I totally agree with everything, especially the breasts haha. The anatomy completely just fell apart and I'd been working on it on and off for so long that I could not see how to fix it

I'm glad to help. It is always difficult to pick up mistakes and how to fix them if you've been staring at a piece forever. 
Everything else is done so well that it's still a very pretty piece, but yeah, those things did jump out at me.

Frozen is the best Disney movie in my opinion! Everything just great, espesially the storyline, how it's deep and not typical ( for Disney at least).

I TOTALLY AGREE!!! By far the best! But then again, each time they release a film animation, it tops the previous films each and every time! (Tangled, Wreck it Ralph etc.) But yes the storyline was incredible!! I've never been ALMOST moved to tears from an animation film, so it was really hard hitting I reckon. Amazing. just amazing,
