If you start to hear the weird radio of Fox's cab, you better start running! This April fools day isn't gonna be pretty...A wonderful character to finally show off, the reason behind the Toon-up pranks and people randomly turning into Toons. you best stay in doors today, hate to see ya come in tomorrow looking like a Toon ostrich.
Just as a side note, I'm more of a "Character artist" then I am to backgrounds, so sorry if the backgrounds seem alittle, well, lame :/
As a cartoonist, as long as I got the basic idea of what's going on then you should piece the puzzle together. over all hope you all enjoy this little piece of mine this April fools day :3
