Okay, this took a few days of experimentation and listening to hours of youtube to keep renewing my will. Lots of looking at tutorials too. -But I think I'm getting the hang of this, to a degree.Anyway, decided to do a colored version of my sketch. Pretty pleased with it, but I have a little ways to go.
