Delilah Julie Russell, born Delilah Napel, was born in February 0038 to her mother Julia when she was only 17 years old. Not much is known about her first birth father. Her mother would start dating Ken when she was only 3 and would be given a little brother a year later. Ken would act as Delilah’s surrogate father and he seemed to have done a good job as Delilah would see him as her real father. Unfortunately, Julia would die on the way to America from Italy, leaving her to help out Ken in raising Scamp. Around this time, she would get into the lady and the tramp films and would nickname her little brother after one of the characters. The name has stuck ever since. When Delilah turned 8, Ken would officially adopt her as his own and has gone under the Russell name ever since.

Delilah is an incredibly nerdy young girl, interested in things like comics, cartoons and manga. She can be a bit shy about her hobbies in contrast with her outgoing and friendly personality. She can be quite immature and will often get into squabbles with her younger brother. Despite the amount of fights they get in, they can often get along and play together with no trouble. However, she can be swayed by Scamp’s cuteness and can be tricked easily by the little bugger. She’ll often act as Scamp’s caretaker whenever Ken is at work. She knows how stressed he is and will do anything to help him out. And while she isn’t good at that job, it doesn’t disway her from trying. She’s someone who really loves her family.

From an early age, Delilah could easily use her Lunite powers without trouble. She’s able to use her Ki to heal any wound, minor or serious. This gift has come in handy countless times in the past, and has even saved Ken’s life after he gained a serious fatal wound. Delilah is also an amazing and talented artist, and has countless sketchbooks and art supplies. She mostly draws stuff related to disney cartoons and hopes that one day she can work at Disney’s Animation Studio in Burbank California when she grows up.
